Kit Digital

The Digital Kit is an initiative of the Government of Spain, which aims to subsidize the implementation of digital solutions available on the market to achieve significant progress in the level of digital maturity.

It is aimed at small businesses, micro-businesses and the self-employed, whatever the sector in which they operate.

The financing of the aid is carried out with funds from the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan of Spain, financed by the European Next Generation EU Plan.

Website design: website design with domain and hosting included for one year.
Web responsive: your website will adapt perfectly to any type of device.
Basic positioning on the internet: Your SME's information will be indexable by the main search engines (On-Page).
Self-manageable: You will also have a content management platform so that you can modify the contents of your website without needing help.
Search engine presence optimization (basic SEO): Keyword analysis, On-Page SEO of 2 pages or sections, indexing and ranking of content.

E-commerce

Price range between €1,500 and €8,000 depending on the functionalities of the solution.

Creation of the online store or E-Commerce and registration of the product catalog: you will have at your disposal a catalog in your online store, in which your products will be available, through registration, import or upload.
Payment methods: Integration of payment methods in your online store.
Responsive Design: Your E-Commerce can be used on all types of devices.
Basic positioning on the internet: your online store will be indexable by the main search engines (On-Page).
Self-manageable: You will also have a content management platform so that you can modify the contents of your website without needing help.
Shipping forms: you will have configured and integrated the digital and physical shipping methods of the products in your online store.

Advanced Internet Presence

Price range between €1000 and €5,000 depending on the characteristics of the website to be positioned.

Basic positioning on the Internet with basic business information, contact and profile of your company on the main sites, business networks or directories of companies and professionals
Keyword analysis Management, search and analysis of keywords in order to develop useful strategies for positioning in search engines.
Competitor analysis: Monthly competitor analysis
SEO On-Page: optimization of structure and internal content to improve search engine positioning.
SEO Off-Page: actions outside the website environment to improve positioning
Monthly monitoring reports: monthly report of the actions carried out.

Marketplace

Price range between €1000 and €8,000 depending on the characteristics of the marketplace.

Previous study of alternatives and registration on the platform: account opening and registration of your profile on Marketplace platforms
Competitor analysis: market research focused on the characteristics of your competitors to improve your decision-making process and help you achieve a competitive position.
Design and definition of the business strategy: generation of the business strategy to achieve the desired objectives
Production of the reference catalog: analysis of the categories to be marketed to select products aligned with the business strategy.
Creating listing content: definition of the reference catalog descriptions.
Registration of references: uploading references and their respective descriptions and photographs, on the platform accompanied by the description and individual photograph of each product.

Social Network Management

Price range between €150 and €600 per month

Social Media Plan: You will have a social media strategy aligned with your mission and vision, so that it is relevant and connects with your potential clients and builds loyalty among those users who already are.
Social media monitoring: you will have the impacts of actions on social networks periodically monitored and controlled to see your results and know if you are meeting the objectives of your strategy.
Network Optimization/Social Media Audit: will help you optimize performance, analyzing different social channels.
Management of your social networks: we will manage the profile/user on at least one social network.
Publication of weekly posts: We will publish a minimum of 4-8 entries (posts) monthly on your social networks.

Customer Management

Price range between €2000 and €6000 depending on the solution required.

Customer Management: you will be able to store and consult the data of each of your clients.
Management of potential clients (Leads): The data associated with the Leads will allow you to manage your business with the aim of converting them into customers
Opportunity management: you will have the possibility of managing all business opportunities that involve sending offers and quotes to the potential client or Lead.
Business actions or tasks: will allow you to create commercial actions and tasks, both manually and automatically.
Document management: the solution will include software for the centralized management of documentation capable of inserting and/or linking documents both related to your commercial activity and those provided by the clients themselves.
Integration with various platforms: you will have APIs or Web Services to consolidate the information and data of your entire company.

BI and analytics

Price range between €1,500 and €5,000 depending on the solution required.

Data integration with other databases: You will have access to other databases and comparisons with the exposed data.
Data storage: You will have a storage capacity of at least 1 GB per user.
Creating structured and visual data dashboards: You will have personalized data panels with relevant data and different forms of visualization.
Data export: You can export data to images or Excel documents, creating synergies and compatibility with different programs that you commonly use.

Process management

Price range between €800 and €6000 depending on the solution required.

Digitization and/or automation of processes and workflows: you will have digitized and/or automated processes such as:
- Accounting finance: accounts receivable/payable, asset management and generation of closings and balance sheets, etc.
- Billing: automation of billing processes with the generation of budgets, delivery notes and invoices.
- Projects: control of budgets, costs, estimates, optimization of resources, etc.
- Inventory: forecast, stock levels, shipments, distributions, returns and cancellations, etc.
- Purchases and payments: management of purchase orders and suppliers.
- Human Resources: human resources management, payroll, etc.
- Logistics: fleet and route management, among others.

Integration with various platforms: The solution will have APIs or Web Services for integration with other tools.
Updatable: you will access updates to the solution with new versions.
Scalable: If your company grows or changes structurally, the solution will adapt to these changes.
